The Extension may include components that belong to third parties, and the use of these components is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the relevant third-party licensors.

Restrictions You may not:

Make copies, modifications, or derivative works based on the Extension or any portion of it. Distribute the Extension to any third parties, including selling, transferring, sublicensing, or distributing it. Employ reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling techniques on the Extension or any of its components. Remove or alter any notices of copyright or other proprietary information included in the Extension. Use the Extension for any illegal or prohibited activities. Updates We may, from time to time, release updates to the Extension. These updates may include bug fixes, new functionality, or other enhancements. You agree to receive these updates and install them as soon as possible after receiving them.

Termination Your permission to use the Extension is only granted under the condition that we reserve the right to revoke it at any time and for any reason. If we choose to terminate your license, you must immediately stop using the Extension in any capacity and uninstall it from all devices under your ownership or control.

The Exclusion of All Warranties THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, AND WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS.

A Cap on Our Legal Obligations WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE EXTENSION OR THIS EULA TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. THIS APPLIES EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Governing Legal System This End-User License Agreement (EULA) will be governed by the laws of the state of United States and construed in accordance with those laws.
